Hotel conditions 

• Rates may differ by day and are dependent on availability at the hotel.
• Only food and beverages bought on the premises may be eaten.
• Upon departure, you will be charged for any extras that are not stated in the package.
• Special requests are possible but are not guaranteed.
• Only Half Board and Full Board Available

Customer Requirements:

• All bookings on SNPL.mu need to be made 48 hours prior to the arrival date. The approval of a loan application can take up to 48 hours, depending on a number of factors and the approval process as per Cim Finance policies, and the time it takes to sign the contract.
• Age restriction: Additional fees can be needed upon arrival if the consumer fails to declare a kid or books the incorrect age group.
• Policy against cancellation: There are no refunds or cancellations after a reservation is confirmed.
• Full payment is required before arrival for all cash bookings.
• Your reservation is only confirmed once the Terms & Conditions are finalised by CIM Finance and Online DocuSign agreement is signed.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount; no refunds, reschedules, or subsequent bookings are permitted.
• All clients must present a Mauritian ID card or residency permission upon entrance; otherwise, the business may charge the current public rate.
• All customers must present their booking and Cim Finance confirmation upon arrival.
• Food allergies and dietary needs must be disclosed to the hotel before arrival.
• The quality and upkeep of the advertised goods and services are the sole responsibility of the merchant to the customer.
